In response to the rapid growth of Bluegreen Carpet and Tile Cleaning, our Waukesha branch opened 2016 to serve our Lake Country carpet cleaning and grout cleaning clients. Our focus continues to be in floor care with several Technicians and Team Members with extensive knowledge in marble polishing. Of course, every team member is a professional carpet cleaner and an expert tile and grout cleaner. The Technicians meet monthly to discuss best practices in the process of carpet cleaning restoration, grout cleaning restoration, grout color sealing, upholstery cleaning and commercial carpet cleaning. Of course, the Bluegreen Technicians know how to remove pet urine from carpeting and safely sanitize your carpeting in those areas after
Our team members are knowledgeable in multiple forms of industry standard carpet cleaning processes, including dry carpet cleaning, low moisture carpet cleaning, bonnet carpet cleaning, steam carpet cleaning, and hot water extraction carpet cleaning. The floor care training process and program at Bluegreen is extensive for our IICRC industry certified Technicians. Each Technician will need to independently pass the rigid Bluegreen training process before they are allowed to serve our clients in the home.

Where are you located?
Bluegreen is a locally owned business with a location in Waukesha and 4 other locations. We have 2 additional locations in the Milwaukee area, as well as 2 locations in the Madison area.

Are your technicians background checked?
Yes, all of Bluegreen’s technicians are background checked, drug tested and thoroughly trained to provide you with the best possible experience.
Why do you charge by the square foot?
We choose to charge by the square foot because we believe it is the most fair. A lot of companies will charge per room, but are generally only cleaning portions of that room. We will only charge for the area we clean, not the whole room.
Do you have a warranty?
We want you to be completely satisfied that we have done everything possible to clean and remove and spots or stains. Unfortunately, there are some substances that can discolor permanently. Our technicians will do everything possible to beautify your floors, but type of soil, fiber content, age and condition all have an impact on restoring them.
What hours do you clean?
Our normal working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm but will work with you.
For commercial cleaning we will work with you to find the best time. Whether that is outside or normal business hours or on a Saturday. We will even break the work up across a few days.
